Shipping and returns
How long does it take?
As we are just starting this little print store, we have decided to print ‘on demand’. This means we don’t have any stock and only print out an artwork when an order is made. We are working closely with a well-known Auckland-based gallery to get each artwork printed in the best quality. Printing is usually completed within 2 working days and shipping between 2-5 working days (allow a bit more for a rural address). If you haven’t received your order within 8 working days, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we are only shipping within New Zealand. We aim at shipping overseas in a future. Stay tuned!
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $5 nationwide ($8.50 if rural).
How are orders shipped/packed?
Sizes A4 – A2 are shipped flat (backing board + clear sleeve). A1 and above are shipped rolled in tubes.
What courier company do you use?
Shipping is with Posthaste. Orders are shipped on a signature-required service.
Can I pick-up my order?
Not at this stage. We are an online store and work from home.
We might allow this option in a future, depending on our customers feedbacks.
We want you to be happy with your new artwork! This is why we offer a 7 days replacement policy. If you order happens to be lost, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it for free.
Please, note that we work on an ‘on-demand’ basis. This means your artwork is printed out when you order it. For that reason, we are not able to offer refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please, take your time and choose carefully!
Note that framing is not included.
Please, remember that colours of the print may vary slightly from the one displayed on screen.
